This allows employees to access their account information online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In some cases, employers will have access to employee account balance information as well. The information provided to the employer will not contain specific claim detail.

Customer Support and Call Center

eflexhsa.com acts as the internal trustee customer service center except that we are external. Our call center answers account holder administrative, legal, and general questions. This includes a toll free #877 from 8 am to 5pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday, live chat and 24.7 access to web self-service tools.
